Emi's Solo Ghost Hunting is a 2D top-down survival horror game based on the story of a solo paranormal investigator called Emi, who got a call from a client in order to investigate the property located in Pennsylvania for proof of the paranormal.

Bravo K mansion was built during the 1920s by Ado, the previous owner of the property. He lived there with his wife and children. After a few years, his wife suddenly fell ill and gradually became mentally unstable to the point where she was secluded in a particular room on the same floor. She used to attack whoever came to the room and was acting violently. She later died of unknown reasons in that room. Her spirit can be often seen standing in the hallway and in the room as well. The owner had an argument with his friend over the business share and deals. He suddenly hit his friend with a steel mace, killing him in the process. He, on the same day, committed suicide in his office area out of guilt. His spirit can be seen in different rooms of the mansion. Around the same time, the gardener hired by the owner died due to a snake bite, and his spirit is visible in the room on the ground floor where he used to stay and also in the lawn area.

The paranormal activity increased to the point where the current owner of the mansion, called Steve, was compelled to call Emi, the paranormal investigator, to check out the mansion to provide him with the answers and to find out what's really going on there.

You play as Emi, the paranormal investigator and the founder of the Emi Solo Ghost Hunting Company, and your mission is to investigate the entire property for evidence of the paranormal.
